Returns Policy⁣
For online orders, Mother of the Bride allows 7 days to return the item for a full refund (postage not included). No refunds or exchanges are issued for purchases made at the store. For questions about the return policy, please contact our team before completing your purchase. ⁣

Online delivery and returns⁣
Seven-day home approval on stock items applied to online purchases only⁣

We send most items on a 24-hour signed-for courier service; items purchased online before 11.00 am will usually be dispatched the same day. Next-day service is for deliveries Monday to Friday only; items ordered after 12.00 noon on Friday, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will usually be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will usually be dispatched the next working day. ⁣

Our couriers make three attempts to deliver the parcel; after this, they send the parcel back to us and we will charge this amount to you. We cannot be responsible for being given incorrect delivery details. ⁣

Delivery is chargeable and if not suitable, you will have to arrange and pay for the return carriage. ⁣
⁣
All online returns are thoroughly checked over; refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
